About Us

Hi!, we are a family catering company very passionate about bringing both versions of Mexican cuisine. This includes the ancestral Authentic recipes and of course the delicious traditional Tex-Mex. Being born and raised in a big Mexican family and watching them cook all the traditional dishes has given me the passion to take all these flavors and pass them along to our customers. Coming to Texas and starting my family here has given me the chance to discover a whole new shade of food flavors and traditions in the Tex-Mex cuisine, which l fell in love with immediately.

Working in the catering and event industry for several years has given us the confidence of bringing you not just a great food experience, but also an amazing customer service which is also focused on every detail displaying the food on a beautiful setup bringing it to the next level.

We also offer Italian cuisine displayed on a elegant stainless steel setup. We have Vegetarian and Vegan meal options as well.

We offer both worlds!, Our Authentic Mexican Cuisine dishes displayed on clay “cazuelas” (optional) will take you to an entire hispanic native food experience.

Our traditional Tex Mex dishes displayed in a wooden-rustic style (optional) will give your guests a unique Texan experience. We serve all around Dallas and Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Please check the variety of our menu options and choose your favorite meats and sides.

Our catering Mexican food package includes three main dishes and three sides with non-alcoholic beverages and condiments included. But hey we can fit all kinds of budgets accommodating our menus at your convenience.

We also offer appetizers for your cocktail hour and sweet treats for your guests to enjoy.

Rentals

Rental dinnerware and plasticware are available, please check our selection. We offer bundle pricing for food and rentals. Ask about our deals and promotions.

“My husband and I attended their Launch Party. Forget Me Not is a family commitment and passion. Karina cooks not only with skill but from her heart and tradition. As guest, we were able to sample three different cuisine themes. The 1st and our favorite was the Traditional Mexican Cuisine. She served a variety of chicken, beef and pork authentic Mexican guisados along with rice, beans and both flour and corn tortillas. EVERYTHING served in this theme was amazing! Our 2nd favorite was Karina’s lasagna. My husband is very particular about lasagna because it’s his favorite dish above anything else. He LOVED this lasagna. Nothing weird or unique about it, just delicious authentic beef lasagna! The last tasting was the TexMex cuisine. The beef and chicken fajitas were our favorite!
